  • Delivered responsible budgets that maintain essential services while holding the line on taxes

  • Earned and maintained an AA+ bond rating

  • Built a strong General Fund (rainy-day fund) to support taxpayers

Making Education a Top Priority

  • Increased education funding by $28M since 2018.

  • Trumbull schools rank 6th in CT.

  • Voters approved and planning is underway for a new Hillcrest Middle School.

  • Upgraded HVAC, windows, and roofs across multiple schools

  • Funded and launched a comprehensive Facilities Study to guide long-term infrastructure planning

  • Prioritized security and safety for all students and staff

  • Advocated for Trumbull’s share of Connecticut education funding

  • Secured an increased reimbursement rate of 44% for the Hillcrest Middle School project

Investing in Community and Quality of Life

  • Renovated Twin Brooks, Indian Ledge, Unity, and Island Brook Parks

  • Renovated Tashua pool and built new splash pads at both town pools

  • Renovated tennis and basketball courts, built new pickleball courts, and improved athletic fields

  • Committed to delivering a new Senior Community Center and expanding affordable senior housing

Strengthening Public Safety

  • Restored police pension to attract and retain qualified officers.

  • Ensured police and EMS have the equipment and training they need.

  • Invested in public safety initiatives that have kept crime rates low.

  • Began construction on Veterans & First Responders Center.

Driving Smart Growth and Infrastructure

  • Attracted $180M in new investment; reduced Trumbull Corporate Park vacancies from 400,000 SF to 100,000 SF.

  • Over 800,000 SF of commercial space has been re-developed or reoccupied.

  • Paved roads, upgraded drainage, and added sidewalks, crosswalks, and lights to improve safety.

  • Advanced a bold plan to redevelop Trumbull Mall into a vibrant, mixed-use area.
